Today in class we read a poem. It was a very interesting poem. We also learned about being somebody and nobody. Most people in america are the same they try to live up to other peoples standards. They try to impress other people they could be struggling and still trying to impress society.

 Today in class we learned about characterization and the two types of characterization. The two types of characterization are direct and indirect. We also learned an acronym to help us remember the definition. It is called STEAL the S stands for speech, the T stands for thoughts, the E stands for effects on others, the A stands for actions,and the L stands for looks.
